1. Scope and contracting party
These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed through the SBMiniatures online shop. The contracting party is Kristian Lust trading as SBMiniatures, Amselweg 14, 21529 Kröppelshagen, Deutschland, email kontakt@sbminiatures.com.
2. Formation of the contract
Product listings are invitations to place an order, not binding offers. By clicking the final payment-obligation order button, you submit a binding offer. An automated receipt email merely confirms receipt unless it expressly states that the order has been accepted. The contract is concluded when we expressly accept the order, charge/request payment, or dispatch the goods and confirm dispatch, whichever occurs first.
3. Contract language and record
German and English are available as contract languages. The language selected during checkout applies. Essential order details are sent by email and, where available, remain visible in your customer account.
4. Resin products
Unless otherwise stated, miniatures are supplied unpainted. Minor production characteristics typical of resin 3D printing may occur, such as small support contact marks or slight surface/colour variations. They do not limit statutory defect rights and are only acceptable insofar as they remain within the agreed or normally expected quality and do not impair the intended use.
5. Prices and German small-business VAT exemption
Prices shown are total prices. SBMiniatures applies the German small-business VAT exemption under section 19 UStG; VAT is therefore not charged or shown separately. Shipping costs are shown before you place the order. Imports outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or local import charges imposed by the destination country.
6. Payment, delivery and shipping
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Shipping is generally handled by DPD or UPS within Germany/the EU and DHL internationally, with Packlink used as a shipping platform for many shipments. Delivery and processing times shown for the relevant product/order apply.
7. Custom-made goods
The statutory right of withdrawal may be excluded for goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you. A standard catalogue miniature that is merely printed after your order is not automatically excluded from the right of withdrawal.
8. Retention of title, defects and liability
Goods remain our property until fully paid. Statutory defect and liability rules apply and are not restricted by these terms.
9. Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Details and the electronic withdrawal function are available on our Withdrawal page.
10. Dispute resolution and applicable law
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in consumer arbitration proceedings. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections of the country of your habitual residence.
The English version is intended for customers using the English storefront. Mandatory consumer-protection law remains unaffected.
