Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. For goods, the period generally starts when you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, receives the goods. Special rules apply to split deliveries.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery, within the statutory period. We may withhold reimbursement for goods until we receive them back or you provide evidence of return. You must return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable for diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised for you. A normal catalogue product does not lose the right of withdrawal solely because it is produced after the order is placed.
