Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods. For one order delivered separately, the period begins on receipt of the last item; for goods delivered in several lots or pieces, on receipt of the last lot or piece.

You can also submit your withdrawal directly through our electronic withdrawal function at https://sbminiatures.com/widerruf?lang=en/#vertrag-widerrufen. Once you confirm the withdrawal, we will send an acknowledgement by email without undue delay containing the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time it was received.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your withdrawal declaration before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us. We do not have to reimburse additional delivery costs resulting from your choice of a more expensive delivery method.

We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your withdrawal declaration. Unless expressly agreed otherwise without cost to you, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.

For goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you provide evidence that you have returned them, whichever occurs first. You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable for any diminished value only where it results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in particular to goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or specification by you is decisive for production, or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs. At SBMiniatures this may apply to genuinely customised items, for example individual scaling, combinations, inscriptions or other personal specifications. A standard catalogue product does not lose the right of withdrawal merely because it is printed after the order is placed.
